Its important for companies to be aware who they do buisiness with

It is my understanding that companies pay to work with staffers like Kelly Services to help their company. I received an email from Avery Boll stating interviews would be conducted the next day and was asked if I could be available at 1:30, when I replied to the message via text I was asked if I could be open that day for an interview. I waited an hour then sent a text to ask if she meant tomorrow instead her reply was "yes, sorry that's super confusing". The next day comes and I wait and again no phone call. I do think her lack of efficiency should be noted and if she did that to me how many other times does she not follow through with appointments.
