It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received any of my money back on my card

I ordered food 2 weeks ago and they called me back and said my order had been canceled because the business was closed that they would put my money back on my card that day it's been 2 weeks I haven't gotten my money or heard for any from anybody at this company please call me back 864-219-**** my name is Shannon Woods
