I ordered glasses for the first time after my daughters and several friends had a good experience with them, loved their glasses, and received them quickly. I ordered from them because another company had slow shipping (but way better glasses). It has now been 13 days since I ordered my glasses and they have not shipped. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes on hold (the recording said there was a 5 minute wait) and tried to chat with them and got a message they were busy and to leave an email. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said the glasses were done and sent to a shipping facility and that it would be another 14 to 21 days before they arrive. SO frustrated! I won't order glasses from Zenni again.
