Its an absolute dead end trying to talk to someone

i've had nothing but trouble trying to submit a rebate. i'm not going to seat her and type all those problems. I don't think you want to hear them anyway, especially when I get to your rebate dept. and they tell me to get all the documents in front of me so the rep. will be able to help me better, but no where in the prompts does it allow me to connect with a rep. nor is there a prompt that addresses my problem!!!!!!!
