Staples Business Advantage is sometimes a joke. There have been several supplies that are more expensive to buy through the business site than through the normal Staples site. Not to mention that they also carry different items. The website itself is not very intuitive when searching for something specific. I needed to reset my password once and after going through the simple steps the last screen informed me that it could take up to an HOUR to receive the password reset email, which I never received. So I decided to call the customer service number. The menu was horrific and quite aggravating to listen through, and if you don't remember the number you might need, the menu does not repeat itself. The customer service agent I spoke with was nice and helpful, but her Indian accent was so thick I could just barely understand her, and I'm not even over the age of 30. Though I'm less concerned about accent since she was very kind and more concerned with the fact that Staples charges business's more for products and resetting anything through their website or searching for items is a joke. However, the shipping is fast.
