Its about bad service

I'm a shop that has been making use of your service for 27 years. I did not receive any delivery for weeks. Best part: shop across the road received delivery. Now they tell me i'm suppose to receive from another truck. Two trucks to the same little town? I have reference nr's everything. Then they don't know where my shop is. Too many excuseses. Personaly I think, incompetenant staff. Not proud of their work. Just there to receive a salary. I know clover is a big company and runs the menopoly. That's why they don't care. I will make sure to get rid of all clover products in my deli, and never buy anything of their produckts in the future. I can garentee no one will come back to me to reply to this complaint.
