The phone number you have to call to cancel has advertisement after advertisement. You finally get to the end saying "no" to all offers, and then disconnected. I sent a formal email - got no response. Now they have charged my account double what they did last month. I received a random call from them and they wouldn't let me cancel unless I paid the past due which my bank was holding for fraud. they somehow got my bank to release the money to them and now I can't get a hold of them to cancel of course. Everyone should call the number it is something I have never in my life dealt with before. I am sure they take advantage of the elderly and technologically challenged. They should be ashamed.
