Items were shipped to wrong address!

I purchased a pair of boots for a birthday gift. Items were paid for and shipped, I had tracking info and it said it was delivered and I didnt receive the item. I sent emails and was told that they would mail another pair out. It wasnt my fault this was on them. My info that was given to them was correct. Ive emailed this company 9 times now wanting to know tracking info, updates, and then finally asking for my money back. This is completely unacceptable and *** People work hard for their money and to have it taken like this especially when its supposed to be a gift is so wrong! User's recommendation: Don’t trust them.
