Hello, I bought online short prom dress for my wedding party from www.dylanqueen.co.uk The cost of item was 87£ together with delivery. I received the item very low quality. The dress was with dark stains, and the color of the dress is white. It looks like the dress is mot new, like from second hands. I asked them to return full refund, they advised me to clean it and keep it with me, and told me they can give me just 5% of money back, I said thst I want full refund and to return tge item. Customer service of Dylanqueen replied, that better to keep item with me, cause if I want to return it, it will cost me a lot of money and item can be missing on the way and then they will be not responsible for that and can not refund me. Now I am looking for advise how to solve this problem and to get back my money. I advise no one, never do not but from this company.
