Item return and bad customer service.
Today, I called you customer service and spoke with a woman named Sofia (133****) that would not give me her supervisor or would she give me any products help. She simply told me to bring my product back to where I bought it from. It has been 2 months and after the first 30 days I didnt think it was necessary to hold the receipt being the product was in working order. Now the vacuum does not turn on. I would expect better customer service from your employees being how big your company is. Now I have no working product nor my money .
