I agree with the other reviewers who are calling these people scam artists! I ordered the Hacienda Umbrella Stand from them which was described as follows, "this umbrella stand has a distinguished look with its raw steel finish". As I went through the ordering process, I was happy to see that the item was in stock and expected that it would arrive within a week or so. Later that week I receive a call telling me that it was NOT in stock and would be shipped to me in about 2-4 weeks. OK – I wasn’t in a huge rush so I agreed. It arrived a month later. What I received was nothing like the item they had pictured on their website. Instead of a "Raw Steel finish" - the item was painted black and had brown splotches all over it! It looked like they were trying to duplicate some African animal or something. The customer service department seemed to be well trained at dodging customer complaints. I was in contact with a person named Harshi by phone on 5 or 6 different occasions trying to get some answers. She would repeatedly tell me that she was in the process of following up with the manufacturer and then just never call back. Finally I told her that I would like to have a call tag sent (so that I would not be paying the return shipping) and would like a full refund. What they finally sent me was a form with instructions on how I could return the item (at MY cost) and would receive a credit minus 25% restocking fee!! No thanks. Instead - I will repaint the hideous item myself and tear them apart all over the internet on as many sites as I can find. Do NOT do business with this company. You will be sorry and you can definitely find scrupulous merchants to spend your hard earned dollars with.
