Item not sent

When I ordered my item it was NOT shown as being on back- order. After waiting for weeks I called PH, only to be told that my item is NOW on back-order. I never would have ordered it if they had been up-front about its availability. Never again. User's recommendation: CALL first to make sure they actually have the item IN stock.
