It won’t let me log in into twitch

So Ive been trying to log in into my twitch account and it says wrong password, when I go to change my password I do it and I know what the password is and it still continues to say that the password is wrong and that I cant log in. I need help on why this is happening and what I have to do to have my twitch account.
