It was really dirty inside

I visit this branch once or twice a month and I always like this place. Sometimes I had to wait in line for 5–10 minutes but I suppose that is common for all banks. The staff was always polite and friendly. They always answered all my questions and strived to solve my issues swiftly. But when I came here today in the evening it was dirty inside. There was some trash on the floor in the lobby near the ATMs and there was some unpleasant smell. I felt uncomfortable there. So I hurried out as soon as I got some cash from the ATM. They should pay much more attention to cleaning. As for me I am going to switch to another branch.

I prefer to do everything online. And by the way, they are also very helpful when I call customer service.
