I also exclude problems with Internet access on my part, since I tried to place an order both from home and from the office and even from my mobile phone. In addition, I constantly check my Internet speed using special services. Maybe their hoster has some problems? A day later, I finally got through to them and I was told that they don’t use the services of data centers, but store their sites on their own servers. Accordingly, they have a system administrator in their team who is responsible for the performance of all equipment. But since they moved to another office on the day when I tried to place an order, something might have gone out of order. They apologized to me and promised that the situation would not happen again.
