It took this co literally 4 months to tell me that they couldn’t service 2 of the 6 appliances that I purchased from them because I live 35 min away.

I purchased 6 highend and very expensive appliances about 4 years ago. Thermador and Miele. Pre-covid someone used the Thermador oven probe for the first time, and the over was never able to be used outside of probe mode since then. I contacted WS in December, one of the family member took my info and never got back to me. I sent in a service report sometime in new year, someone called me about 2 weeks after that, and we spoke. I sent in pictures. I never heard back. I called again end of March and got a call 1 wk later telling me that they no longer service in my area. 4 months it took them to tell me that. User's recommendation: don't bother, they may tell you they can service the products that they are profiting off of, but won't send a repairman 35 min away to fulfill the promise.
