I ordered the equipment here because it was indicated on their website that delivery to my city would take only 2 days. I selected and ordered several items of the product, but when they arrived and I started checking, it seemed to me that not everything was new. How can this be? Probably someone bought the product, used it for several days and returned it to the store. This product was packed and sent to me. I’m probably wrong, but there were fingerprints on the plastic parts, although the packaging looked like new. How can traces appear on a product that was delivered to me in a sealed form? When I contacted support, I was told that this couldn’t be. Everything is working now. I hope that in case of breakdowns, the product warranty will help solve the problem.
