The customer service are so slow and also the lie About everything that they say is I did cancel my hotel and flight and a flight was only like 120 quid something and they cut off from my fee about £300 so which is they ripping off the ad in loads of charges on it which is in my fault was so I dont recommend anyone I will never buy anythings from them again User's recommendation: Don’t book from them Ripping off the people.
