It’s impossible to talk to anyone at Dynatrap

Im just trying to track an order for new lightbulbs. Its a nightmare. They contract with an outsourced service group but give them no access to any information to answer your questions. They can only forward an email to an internal team that NEVER responds. User's recommendation: Buy lots of extra bulbs when you place your initial order.
