I cannot find anything on the site and when I do it is not even what I need. It has dropdown menus with missing insurance companies whom they say are not on their because the "insurance companies choose to not be on the list" Makes no sense to me ....Or it states "you are not authorized user" on another part of the site when I am the ONLY authorized user. It just sucks all around and is not easy to navigate
