I don’t like the service of technical support in this bank. It is very difficult to contact the staff. For example, when you are in the bus or in the taxi, you dial the number of technical support and then you have to listen to unnecessary information about different bank offers. Then you are telling: “I want to speak to the operator”, but you have to listen to the unnecessary information again. This situation can repeat three or four times. Finally, when you are connected with the operator, the robot can say: “Sorry, all operators are busy, please wait for five or ten minutes”. When other people are looking at you talking on the phone, it looks quite interesting and curious, as if you were talking to yourself in public transport.
