I stayed in my reservation for one night. Didnt stay at hotel due to conditions and inaccurate description. Called them while I was at the room hotel Confirmed I only stayed 1 night they still charged me for two. Both times I asked for a manger and was refused. The Customer Service team is in Mexico so the CSR was difficult to understand and apologized. I have yet to receive my refund and that was two weeks ago. This company is a SCAM stay far away. User's recommendation: Stay away very misleading and difficult to work with.
