Issues with design space

Im very disappointed in design space. Takes up to 1/2 hour each time I log in to figure out how to get it to work. Sometimes there is only a white screen, sometimes it just sits and spins and never comes up with my projects, sometimes IF I get logged in my projects are missing.Ive heard many others complaining about these same issues. Please fix!
