The bank is a small family-owned unit and they told me when I was opening my first account with them that they have great cash back credit cards but do not have their own ATMs at all, except when in the branch. These ATM installed in the branches are open only during business hours, which can be a hindrance. Instead, they give a customer a list of ATM of partner banks that are supposed to serve me in withdrawing cash with no charge. I went to one of these, put in my card and expected to get served with no charge. I did not even look at the receipt that the ATM gave me and went home. Later I discovered I was charged $4 for withdrawing cash. I thought the issue was with the bank the ATM belonged to. However, when I looked at the rundown of my operations, I saw that my own bank charged me the fee.
