I had made a reservation for a room up in casa grande,Arizona and my car broke down so I couldn't make it I called several times and got hung up at least four times trying to cancel the reservation and when I did get ahold of them all I got was a big run around I had a legit reason for not showing up but they put me down as a no show and was not going to refund my money when they finally decided to refund my money. It has been 5 days now and I still haven't received my refund User's recommendation: do not book with these people.
