Issue with bill

I need you to take into consideration my situation. I am stuck in Saudi Arabia because of COVID and during this time the credit card I used to pay my bill got stolen. The bank notified me and cancelled it. As you see from the history of my account I have never been delinquent in paying. But now you guys are charging over 100 $ (over due charges). I need to speak with a customer service representative to explain this. Also since I cannot fly back to the US anytime soon please cancel my account. Faridah Turkistani
