I talked with one of your agents around 9 am regarding our box that wasnt delivered yesterday because of inability of the driver to locate our address. He assured me it would be delivered today and gave him detailed instructions on how the driver can reach our house.I requested to have our box delivered before 12 noon but its past 1 pm and havent heard from LBC driver.I canceled an appointment for the sake of my box delivery today.
