this is my 3rd case from lifeproof. the charging port breaks. 1st time, I blamed myself n I bought a new one. 2nd time charging port broke again, it kept charging the case but not the phone but once the case was charged I was able to charge the phone with the case n, not the cable. After a while it ceased charging altogether, the port moved around like a loose tooth. so I purchased another. 3rd time, like the cases b4, after a month or two the same thing happens again. I take really good care n I am very careful with all my gear. when a problem reoccurs exactly like the first, I tend not to blame myself. In all 3 instances the port ended up like a loose tooth n would not charge anymore. I was about to purchase another one for my 6s but decided to c if maybe I can get some help replacing them, I will mail them back if I knew where to send them. Just frustrated.Purchase at Best Buy. I have no receipts.I will gladly mail them if provided n address
