QBK0MA I booked a flight and paid so that I will have the option to change dates twice without penalty. I changed it once by choice. I was also forced to change it once because the airline insisted a flight was no longer available. Now, I need to extend my stay and I am charged a penalty. As you might imagine I am not happy seeing that one of the changes was not my choice. Kindly advise urgently. Regards Sunet
