Invoice amount was increased

I was charged for having the rental car for three days so I called customer service and the guy adjusted the amount because I explained to him I checked the car in earlier but there was one person doing car returns and she was pretty busy and she drove us to get gas which took a long time. However someone went back and revised my invoice which is unprofessional and is again trying to charge me for the three day
