Ordered their meat package over a week ago. Low and behold they finally send me an email they have no product and do not expect when to have any in the future. The order comes with a free indoor grill. I wanted the complete order cancelled. But after waiting over an hour via phone to their customer service they said they already shipped it and I can refuse package with FedEx. The tracking number and order number they provided is invalid and cannot track package or see my order with their online site. Now I had to call the bank and dispute this charge. If they would of just cancelled the whole order and let the consumer know they are out of product before ordering, would of been the right thing to do. One of the worst customer service I have dealt with. Long hold on phone and they never answer your emails. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER PLEASE.
