Internet termination

I have personally filed a letter of request about my internet termination on May 8, 2021. But prior to the closing of my account as per the customer service representative of globe telecom at SM Taytay Rizal, I have to pay first the remaining balance of my monthly billing. I immediately paid the said remaining balance. Then I went back to the lady customer service rep. and she said that it is already OK, meaning that my account is already closed - internet termination completed. But now I still receive a monthly billing for my internet. Why is that so? I'm so pissed about this.
