Internet is down

I called customer service last night because the Centurylink internet in my home was down with red light in front of modem). The agent took my call knew nothing but ask for my name as address. It took almost 45 minutes after she kept asking basic questions repeatedly. And I didnt think she can even understand what I said. It was midnight so I had no way but hung up the phone. The internet is still down now and its critical to me because I am working from home. I NEED HELP.
