Dears, I'm complaining about disconnected internet connection since 3-August-2021 and no response from the customer service to send someone and check about this problem. Number: [protected] Fiber Optic router is always giving red light "Alarm" and no internet connection. I made a complaint trough mystc: [protected] but no results! Knowing that other resident in the same building have internet connectivity through Fiber optic, I called the customer service and the gentleman is telling me this problem is common in the city where you are leaving the main connection is interrupted and will be solved in maximum 72 hours... its really disappointing! and this become repetitive! every time I call the customer service they told me the same...
