Viasat cut my internet off June 10, 2021 because their system made an error. I am an online instructor, so connectivity is of the utmost importance. Called - sending a new modem - did not arrive - got scammed by UPS waiting for the modem - called twice per day to get several answers non were correct - they lie and lie and lie to get you off the phone - 20 days later and still no internet - now I am waiting again for a do d for a User's recommendation: do not use this company even if they are your only choice - they are too expensive and their customer service is horrible - located in Mexico where you can barely understand what the agent is saying.
