We have been out of service since Monday. They keep coming out and temporarily fixing my problem. I try calling the outage line and each time have to deal with their twenty minute troubleshooting crap until finally I get connected with someone in India. I am beyond angry! An alt ice representative called today and failed to call me back. I am so tired of Suddenlink! Dish here I come!!!
