I guess I feel lucky compared to the other complaints! We've had the tub for 3 years. There is an internal part of the jet that just breaks apart and spits black plastic bits out the jet. We have replaced all the jets and are now on round 2. I use Baqua Spa Chemicals and am certain the water balance is good. Maybe my Calcium Hardness is a bit low but that's it. I have to purchased the entire jet replacement, pull out the black basket to install and throw the rest away. This is a terrible design.
