Intentionally blocking my online shopping app

Dear Mrs.Mr Greeting, Last month I experienced technical errors while trying to checkout in the online dropping application, to reach payment page I get a message that there are a technical issue errors, so I can't finish my purchase. My name is Tareq Alnajar, I am well known person for them, I believe there is an intentionally blocking my account in online shopping application . I hope you allow me to submit this request and get it solved by your respectfully management. I have contacted carrefour management in Oman but not solved this issue, or they don't want so .. I hope to make my right any customer who have the rights to shop in your international store. Thank you Best regards Tareq
