Update by user Sep 06, 2019 They were always very good with my family, Sad to see so many complaints I never experienced any issues in 20 years. I am sincere this is not a fake review. Original review posted by user Sep 06, 2019 I recently left because of the rates and I couldn't ignore the fact that I could get more coverage for less BUT they were always timely, professional and took care of my family. Through hail damage and a twice flooded house.
