Poor service, shipment damage
Unfortunately, you have to join the negative feedback on FedEx's work! It could be that the very good service as it used to be spoiled by this covid time and the demand for large parcel terminals, but for me as a customer it shouldn't affect me! It took time from 29. 12. 2020 to 12. 01. 2021 for our shipment to reach its destination (although the packaging is torn, the goods are packed in another box!). G. Continuous sending of e-mails, continuous calls to the FedEx office, etc. Plus, the information about the location of the parcel did not provide true information, it warmly recommends not to entrust FedEx parcel machines with anything more valuable or more expensive than more than ten dollars, if only by courier, but this service is not cheaper than other courier services,at least nothing like that has ever happened to me with dpd! Be vigilant.
