I was laid off from my job 0n March 17 2020 because of COVID 19 and began the process of filing a claim to get my account paid and its almost a month later and I'm still receiving letters stating they need more information. I paid my premiums on time monthly and don't feel as thou I (anyone) should have to jump through hoops to have their account paid. I thought that this insurance was provided as a service in case you did get laid off or had some type of financial hardship. This has been the most unsetting process for me.
