They never: finished the pinstriping, broke my stove, damaged the undercarriage and now the drivers side carpet gets soaking wet, left my refrigerator moldy, and left every cargo door open. Avoid them like the plague. Never talked to Steve or ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT. THEY SLURP!!!! I call and leave messages, but nobody returns the call. Not once have I spoken to anyone in management;despite several requests to speak with Steve the Service Manager. User's recommendation: Despite insurance recommendation, take your rv anywhere but Gander RV Bartow, Fl.
