Insurance added to my reservation even after I said I didn’t want it.

I spent 1 hour in line to get my car at Orlando (MCO). The attendant was very polite and apologize for the waiting. Service was good until she add an extra insurance that I expressly said I didn't want. I said to her that I already had insurance from my car and I also bought collision coverage from the website I used to make the reservation. I only noticed that she included it after return the car and check my credit card statement. Customer Service sent me the contract that i signed agreeing with the insurance. I feel they cheated and I was misled to sign something that I said I didn't want. Terrible experience. I hope they use my money very wisely, because it will be the last they will see.
