Insulted !!!

They came into office with 4 executives saying they wanted my 2015 BMW 750li plus an additional $8K to finance a new X7 with BMW NORTH AMERICA. Needless to say I was feeling very Humiliated and on display !!! Ive NEVER missed a payment with BMW NORTH AMERICA. I owe $20,000 on my car with NO payments missed. User's recommendation: Be better accommodating and respectful towards returning customers !!!
