Spent over $27,000 for 12 windows and a Patio Door. Noticing my utility bills increasing since they were installed. Wrote to BBB. A guy came today and stated they appeared to be installed correctly. Obvious cold air is entering from under windows. Wants to come and caulk along inside trim. These windows were obviously not centered equally from top and bottom, therefore no way to adequately insulate along the bottom edges. Installers were in a rush to go to a wedding, and apparently their work reflects it. I will not settle for a improvised shabby fix.RBA dba Southard Corp. in Great Bend, KS is going to have to come and do this job correctly or the Attorney General of Kansas WILL be notified. User's recommendation: Do not trust their promises!
