I have used Instacart for 2 years everal times a week. At first everything seemed ok but as the years have gone on they have started charging higher prices than advertised on the app as the price for something. I've just cancelled my account after learning that they arbitrarily charge more for most items to make money off their customers. Apparently the 100.00 per year and service fees aren't enough money to support this scamming San Francisco CA based operation. The offshore customer service company they use told me that it is stated in their policy that I agree to that they charge more for the products than the store shelf prices. I couldn't find that statement anywhere in the legaleeze they print. So the bottom line is I have been unknowingly scammed for hundreds of dollars in the last 100+ orders that I've placed. No more! I've cancelled my account and will make sure to tell everyone I know of this scam promoting company. Shame on you Instagram you don't deserve to be in business in the US.
