Insight is no longer a good card

I have had insight since 2013 for my SSDI direct deposit. I am no longer satisfied with it's customer service. NO humans and a loop of information that will NOT help. I can't reach a human and this is unacceptable. I will be leaving insight as soon as I can release my money from insight. Buyer Be Warned... Not a good company. User's recommendation: WARNING...STAY AWAY.
