Inquire of an order

I placed an order over two weeks ago. The status of the order never left fulfillment. I then left f5 mfg two emails, but have recieved no response from anyone. I then attempted to call them, but no answer. I spent 350.00 on a modular brace. I don't know if they'll ever ship me my product, but they are gonna try and keep my money.
