Inquire about cable connection

After taking up my issue and concern last June 24 from your local office Up to this time July 17 still no technician came in to check my sky cable box..I been experiencing no sky cable connection more than 3weeks ago..Several times to call your office landline in Agdao, Davao City but no one answer my calls... For your immediate action please.
