She had 1 surgery &; needs another! They have ignored me for over a year. I am not asking for much, I would understand if I were asking for a ridiculous amount of money, I'm not. Her injury was absolutely a result of their neglect. A Yankee candle was put on the shelf broken and when she opened it to smell it (as we all do) her hand was cut and the tendon on her finger was cut in half! I have never sued anyone in my life, I hate doing it,
